Chris Arreola Beats Ralph Butler in Mexico
(LEON- Nov. 5) Chris “The Nightmare” Arreola (34-2, 29 KOs) took on Ralph “The Silencer” Butler (35-12, 28 KOs) tonight in an epic slugfest. The match, which was scheduled for 12 rounds ended abruptly in the 55 seconds into the third round when Butler ate a barrage of heavy hands before the referee stepped in to save Butler from any further punishment. Arreola scored several knockdowns in the first, second and third rounds.
The fight was held at El Domo De La Feria in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico and promoted by Goossen Tutor Promotions and Promociones Del Pueblo.
“It was a pleasure to be fighting here in Mexico. I had a great ovation from the fans here. I cant wait to come back in the future.
“Butler is very crafty. He fought a good fight and was able to tie me up really well.
“Hopefully I'll get another go with one of these Klitschkos, I'll be ready for either one of those brothers. I've been working my ass off, I'm ready to go after those titles.”
