Reynoso Out of Dulorme Fight With Injury
February 7, 2012 – Hot Puerto Rican prospect, Thomas Dulorme (13-0, 10 KOs), was scheduled to face Jose Reynoso (15-3-1, 2KOs) on ShoBox February 17, but will have to find another opponent due to a hip injury suffered by Reynoso while training in California.
Charlie Perez, manager of Reynoso, informed Gary Shaw that Jose was taken to the emergency room where his hip was popped back into place after the doctor told him that he had a hip contusion. Reynoso left the hospital in crutches.
Gary Shaw went on to say, “It's unfortunate that Reynoso will have to pull out of this fight. I know it must have been a serious injury for him to do so. My team is diligently looking for an opponent to step in. Right now we have a few names that we're looking at. An announcement will be made shortly.”
