Jim Lampley’s HBO Show Returns Sept. 16
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY BEGINS A FOUR-SHOW RUN SEPT. 16, PRESENTING A NEW EDITION EACH MONTH THROUGH DECEMBER, EXCLUSIVELY ON HBO
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY returns with a new edition each month from September through December, exclusively on HBO. Hosted by the four-time Sports Emmy® Award winner, who has been the host of HBO Boxing since joining the network in 1988, the show is a provocative, engaging and informative experience that delves into intriguing storylines, newsmakers and issues that are top-of-mind in boxing.
The four-show run begins TUESDAY, SEPT. 16 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT), followed by new editions debuting on other Tuesdays – OCT. 28, NOV. 18 and DEC. 23 – at the same time. Continuing to address boxing’s hottest topics in a no-holds-barred manner, the new editions of THE FIGHT GAME will include special guests and roundtable debates.
“I am excited to hit the ground running in September and deliver four more shows during what promises to be a robust time in the boxing season,” says Lampley. “We will continue to explore hot-button issues, sprinkle in some entertaining elements, and deliver comprehensive unfiltered discussion and analysis of the sport on this platform.”
In addition to multiple replays on HBO and HBO2, the series will be available on HBO On Demand® and HBO GO®.
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY, which launched in May 2012, is the only studio-based program dedicated exclusively to discussing issues, events and personalities in the sport. Fight fans can log on to hbo.com immediately following the debut of each edition for exclusive overtime segments hosted by Lampley
