Rocky Sequel “Creed” Drops This Fall; Check Out the Trailer

A new one drops, and this time, the focus is on the son of Apollo Creed; his dad died in the ring, and the ring is a place of existential ambivalence for him.

Smart move, I think, tweaking, aiming for a new crew of converts. It helps rebut the staleness factor, and yes, it represents a major gamble, because a new path is being forged, the attempt should be applauded, if for no other reason than it it semi-audacious.
You don’t even see that much of Sly Stallone in the trailer for the film, which is basically a spin-off from the series, which comes out this fall, in late November.
Friends—what say you. Will you be checking out “Creed?”
