A side versus A side, that’s what we fight fans want. No rocket science to it…bells, whistles, great, whatev…But we don’t deserve gussied up pigs with garish shades of lipstick smeared on ’em to make em appear presentable–we deserve the best fighting the best.
And when you present that to us, we will tune in.
To that end…I’m hearing we got a date and site for a solid A side versus A side tangle, from the PBC people.
Keith Thurman (26-0), the talented and slightly eccentric–in a good way!–Floridian, will tangle with muscle-y Shawn Porter (26-1) an Ohioan coming off his career best win, over Adrien Broner. They will perform a welterweight waltz, of the violent variety, at some venue, on Dec. 12.
That is the info I’m hearing and I have messages out to confirm tighter…
