Five additional bouts were originally scheduled on the card, but unfortunately one fell through. Jeyvier “Perrito” Cintron (8-0, 4 KOs) was scheduled to fight Ricardo “El Matematico” Núñez (29-8, 23 KOs), but Nunez was forced to pull out due to a hand injury. Then, they were in negotiations with Jonathan “El Agua” Arias (17-14-0, 15 KOs) as a replacement opponent, but were unable to come to terms, resulting in a cancellation of the bout.
Featherweights Jean Carlos “Chapito” Rivera (15-0, 10 KOs) and Jason “El Alacrancito” Sánchez (12-0, 6 KOs) will be battling for the vacant WBO World Youth Featherweight belt.
