Boxing News: Don King Plaza Unveiled Monday in AC
The City of Atlantic City will be joined by the Honorable Mayor Robert Levy, City Council President Craig Callaway, New Jersey State Athletic Commissioner Larry Hazzard and local and state community leaders to host a dedication ceremony in honor of the public unveiling of Don King Plaza on Monday, March 13, 2006, at 11:15 in front of Boardwalk Hall.
Promoter Don King is a legendary figure and he will be honored at the ceremony for his tireless efforts since 1980 to establish Atlantic City as one of the great resort destinations of the world. President of Bally’s AC, Ken Condon, will serve as the master of ceremonies Monday morning.
