Boxing Odds – Geale vs. Fletcher Wednesday Night!
Both Jarrod Fletcher and Daniel Geale are coming off championship bout defeats and are looking for redemption and a title belt. They will get their chance on Wednesday!
Daniel “Real Deal” Geale will face Jarrod “Left Jab” Fletcher on Wednesday, December 3 for the IBF Pan Pacific / Interim WBO Asia Pacific Middleweight title. The bout will take place at the Horden Pavilion in Moore Park, New South Wales, Australia. Geale opened as a -350 favorite with the Boxing odds while Fletcher opened as a +265 dog.
Daniel “Real Deal” Geale
The 33 year old Daniel Geale stands at five feet 10 inches tall with a reach of 71 inches and fights from an orthodox stance. Geale is a native of Australia where he still resides in Mt Annan, New South Wales. Geale is ranked second in Australia and 10th in the world. He has a career record of 30 wins, three losses, and no draws. Geale has posted 16 knockouts out of his 30 career wins and has suffered just one knockout loss.
Geale is coming off a technical knockout loss to Gennady Golovkin on July 26, 2014 in a bout that was for the International Boxing Organization World Middleweight title and the WBA Super World Middleweight title. Geale was defeated in the third round of a bout that was scheduled for 12 rounds and took place at Madison Square Garden in New York. It was Geale’s second defeat in his last three fights.
Jarrod “Left Jab” Fletcher
The 31 year old Jarrod Fletcher stands at five feet ten and one half inches tall with a reach of 70 inches and fights from an orthodox stance. Fletcher is a native of Australia and resides in Hervey Bayt, Queensland. He is ranked third in Australia and 31st in the world. Fletcher has a career record of 18 wins, two losses and no draws. Out of his 18 career wins a total of 10 have come by knockout. Both of Fletcher’s career losses were by knockout.
Fletcher is coming off a technical knockout loss to Daniel Jacobs on August 9, 2014 in a bout that took place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Fletcher was defeated in the fifth round of a scheduled 12 round bout that was for the vacant WBA World Middleweight title.
