Bradley, Alexander Make Weight
We are almost ready to rock. Tim Bradley (139 1/2 pounds) and Devon Alexander (140) made weight and are a day away away from their junior welterweight showdown at the Silverdome in Pontiac, Michigan, which will run on HBO.
Alexander (21-0 with 13 KO)s) holds the WBC title, while Bradley (26-0, with just 11 KOs) boasts the WBO version. The winner can lay claim to being the best of class, though the Brit Amir Khan could protest that until the victor meets him, no kingpin can be anointed.
