SAN DIEGO / GLASGOW (SEPTEMBER 6, 2013)—WBO Lightweight champion Ricky Burns weighed 134.3 lbs while challenger Ray Beltran weighed in at 134.8 lbs for Saturday’s title bout in Glasgow, Scotland.
