Hasim Rahman & John Duddy on New England Ringside Radio
WOBURN, Mass. (August 16, 2005) – Knockout artists are the theme for Thursday night’s two-hour New England Ringside Boxing Radio Show, featuring new WBC Interim heavyweight champion Hasim The Rock” Rahman (41-5-1, 33 KOs) and unbeaten Irish middleweight prospect John Duddy (11-0, 10 KOs), airing 6-8 PM/ET on Boston’s Boxing Station, The Zone (1510 AM).
Rahman and Duddy will talk boxing Thursday evening with NER hosts Ted Bodenrader, Anthony Pepe, Rick Brutti and Joe Bills. Rahman will discuss the state of the heavyweight division, as well as his win this past Saturday against Monte Barrett and his upcoming bout versus WBC heavyweight titleholder Vitali Klitschko.
Northern Ireland-native Duddy, now fighting out of Queens (NY), will headline “Mayhem in Mansfield,” September 17 at the Dana Barros Athletic Facility in Mansfield (MA). “Mayhem in Mansfield” is promoted by NER Promotions – a division of New England Ringside – in association with Irish Ropes and Cedric Kushner Productions.
The New England Ringside Radio Network broadcasts boxing shows six nights a week throughout New England.
