In Boxing News: Ruiz Fires Stone, 2005 Awards, 2006 Fights & Saddam Conspiracy
Ron Borges reports in the Boston Globe that heavyweight John Ruiz has fired longtime manager Norman “Stoney” Stone. Stone’s act has apparently grown old for Ruiz and those around him.
The Press Association in the UK bestows its British and World boxing awards for 2005.
