RETURNS WITH A NEW LIVE EDITION SATURDAY, MARCH 9
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY kicks off its second season SATURDAY, MARCH 9 (11:30 p.m. live ET/tape-delayed PT) from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, exclusively on HBO. A provocative, engaging and informative experience that delves into intriguing storylines, newsmakers and issues that are top-of-mind in boxing, the show debuts immediately following the “World Championship Boxing” doubleheader featuring the world light heavyweight title fight between titleholder Tavoris Cloud and ring legend Bernard Hopkins, which begins at 9:30 p.m. (ET/PT). Four-time Sports Emmy® winner Lampley has been the host of HBO Boxing since joining the network in 1988.
Other HBO playdates: March 10 (12:45 p.m.), 11 (3:25 a.m.), 12 (3:15 p.m., 10:00 p.m.), 14 (5:30 p.m., 11:55 p.m.), 18 (7:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m.), 21 (10:30 a.m., 8:00 p.m.) and 30 (9:30 a.m.)

This edition of THE FIGHT GAME includes: an in-depth look at the biggest boxing stories making headlines; a satellite interview with welterweight titleholder Timothy Bradley, who returns to the ring March 16 for the first time since defeating Manny Pacquiao; a recap of Bernard Hopkins’ quest to win a world title at age 48; a new “Gatti List”; and the show’s version of the pound-for-pound rankings.
