“The Fight Game” Returns on June 29
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY, HBO BOXING® SHOW HOSTED BY THE FOUR-TIME SPORTS EMMY® WINNER, RETURNS WITH AN ALL-NEW EDITION SATURDAY, JUNE 29
THE FIGHT GAME WITH JIM LAMPLEY returns for its latest edition SATURDAY, JUNE 29 (12:30-1:00 a.m. ET/PT), exclusively on HBO. A provocative, engaging and informative experience that delves into intriguing storylines, newsmakers and issues that are top-of-mind in boxing, the latest edition of the show debuts immediately following the “HBO Boxing After Dark” tripleheader headlined by the world middleweight title fight between titleholder Gennady Golovkin and Matthew Macklin, which begins at 9:45 p.m. (ET/PT). Four-time Sports Emmy® winner Lampley has been the host of HBO Boxing since joining the network in 1988.
Other HBO playdates: June 30 (12:30 p.m.) and July 1 (2:45 a.m.), 2 (9:30 a.m., 10:00 p.m.), 5 (7:45 p.m.), 7 (9:00 a.m.), 10 (6:30 p.m.), 12 (2:00 p.m., 12:15 a.m.), 15 (5:30 p.m., 1:25 a.m.) and 20 (11:15 a.m.)
HBO2 playdates: June 30 (6:15 p.m.) and July 2 (2:20 a.m.), 3 (12:15 a.m.), 11 (4:30 p.m.), 13 (10:25 a.m.) and 16 (10:00 a.m., 8:30 p.m.)
HBO On Demand availability begins: July 2. The show will also be available on HBO GO®.
Headlining the program will be a comprehensive mid-year report, with Max Kellerman, Andre Ward and Sports Illustrated ’s Chris Mannix joining Lampley to debate the events, fights and fighters who have made an impact in the first half of 2013.
