Raging Babe Fundraiser For Kennedy Cunningham Is A Knockout
RAGING BABE & PPFBOXING DELIVER SUCCESSFUL SOIREE FOR WOMEN IN BOXING, KENNEDY CUNNINGHAM HEART TRANSPLANT FUNDRAISER
Las Vegas (September 19, 2014) – This past Friday, September 12th 2014, The Raging Babe Soiree took place at the Sugar Factory, inside the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. Hosted by the first lady of boxing Jackie Kallen, forty influential women in the boxing industry gathered for dinner, networking opportunities, fun, and most importantly for a great cause.
“The Raging Babe Soiree was a raging success. To be among so many strong women, all connected to the world of boxing, was a treat for all of us. The energy in the room was palpable and the evening seemed to go forever as more and more people joined us to celebrate the sport we love,” expressed Jackie Kallen.
Michelle Rosado, president of Raging Babe added, “The soiree was fantastic. It was a chance for all us women in the sport of boxing to let our hair down and be in each other’s company. The event symbolized everything that Raging Babe stands for and what I looked to create with our very first event back in 2013. We have formed our own little family and I couldn’t be happier to be part of such a loyal group of women who have supported me, and each other no matter what. The turnout was amazing. Besides having a phenomenal time, they all appreciated being genuinely recognized. This event made me more proud because we were able to raise money for the Kennedy Cunningham Heart Transplant Fundraiser. That was truly the icing on the cake.”
PPFBOXING was on hand to educate the women on the importance of boxers protecting themselves and their family outside of the ring. PPFBOXING features programs for boxers such as 401k, pension, and life insurance. They also provide branding, licensing and promotional opportunities with the biggest companies in the world. The goal of PPFBOXING is to shorten the time of a boxer in the ring, and increase their portfolio outside the ring. Visit www.ppfhome.com for more information or contact Ralph Velez at 602-695-5798.
Due to generous financial contributions from sponsors, everyone in attendance was provided with a fantastic dinner, bottomless signature cocktails & champagne, gift bags, and most importantly unforgettable memories. The combination of angel donations and sponsorship contributions helped raise a significant amount of money to be donated to the Kennedy Cunningham Heart Transplant Fundraiser. A special thanks to: Grand Marnier, Professional Pension Funds, Elite Boxing Enterprises, GFX Solutions, Frank Galarza, Gabriel Rosado, Benefit Cosmetics, and WON Promotions.
Details on the next Raging Babe event will be announced shortly.
