THE RING TV TO LIVE STREAM UNDERCARD FOR POPULAR SERIES LA FIGHT CLUB BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 4
Three action-packed fights to be featured on Ring TV’s inaugural streaming fight broadcast
LOS ANGELES (Sept. 3, 2015) The Ring TV will launch its highly anticipated streaming service of live fights beginning this Friday, September 4 with the popular LA FIGHT CLUB series at the Belasco Theater in Los Angeles. The Ring TV live stream of LA FIGHT CLUB each month will include all non-televised undercard bouts. The co-main event, main event and a third bout will broadcast live nationally on Viernes de Boxeo Estelar on Estrella TV.
The September 4 streaming broadcast will feature three highly anticipated undercard bouts, priming fans for LA FIGHT CLUB’s main even: Diego De La Hoya vs. Jesus Ruiz. The live stream will be broadcast to The Ring TV’s channel on Roku, to RingTVLive.com (www.ringtvlive.com), as well to The Ring TV’s YouTube channel.
The live stream broadcast of September 4th’s LA FIGHT CLUB is set to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. PT with a four-round super lightweight bout between East LA newcomer Jonathan Navarro (1-0, 1 KO) and Gibran Gutierrez of Santa Ana who will make his professional debut. Next on the card is a six-round super bantamweight battle between Los Angeles native and crowd pleaser Rafael Gramajo (4-1-1, 2 KOs) and Adrian Rodriguez (1-6-1) of Guadalajara, Mexico, followed by a six-round super featherweight bout between Los Angeles-based Ivan “Striker” Delgado (6-0-1, 2 KOs) and Thomas “Animal” Herrera (4-13-1, 1 KO).
The televised bouts broadcast nationally on Estrella TV include Everton Lopes vs. Omar Tienda, Christian Gonzalez vs. Luis Lizarraga Jr., and the main event, Diego De La Hoya vs. Jesus Ruiz as part of the Viernes de Boxeo Estelar program beginning at 10 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. PT.
The Ring TV is creating a diverse and robust network across multiple platforms that will broadcast and distribute top-tier boxing programing to screens on devices everywhere. The goal is to give boxing fans the programming they are craving and give it to them when they want it, no matter where they are in the world. As live streaming will be a cornerstone to The Ring TV, the plan is to create a stable of original programming that focuses on premium boxing and the stars of the sport. This original programming will feature boxing news, hard-hitting interviews as well as quick-fight episodes that deliver the very best of full fights in three to five minute bites.
