Toe To Toe Tuesday Line-Up For Jan 19 – PBC on Fox Sports 1
Toe To Toe Tuesday Line-Up For Jan 19 – PBC on Fox Sports 1 – If New York City was the place to be last weekend in the boxing world, the coming week belongs to Los Angeles as the Premier Boxing Champions have shows scheduled for Tuesday the 19th of January and Saturday the 23rd in the City of Angels.
The “Toe To Toe Tuesdays” series returns as the PBC and promoter Tom Brown have Club Nokia booked for a nine fight boxing card that sees the feature fights air on Fox Sports 1.
The main event is a 10 round welterweight bout between undefeated Jamal James (18-0) of Minnesota and once beaten Javier Molina (17-1) of California. Despite the impressive records, this is a step up fight for both men as they look to establish themselves in one of the sport’s most talent-laden weight divisions. Molina will be fighting in front of his hometown crowd, and he is riding an eight fight winning streak. James is stepping up to his hardest test to date, but his perfect professional record comes after an extensive amateur career and James has been targetting a world title since the beginning. On “Toe To Toe Tuesdays” this January 19th, one of these two men will take the next step.
The main two support bouts are at eight rounds as a pair of undefeated 11-0 fighters look to continue their ascension up the rankings. Light Heavyweight David Benavidez faces Kevin Cobbs (10-1) and Middleweight Caleb Plant faces Adasat Rodriguez (11-4-2).
The Fox Sports 1 broadcast starts at 8PM Pacific Time, and if you are attending the event at Club Nokia, the doors open at 5PM. Below is the complete line-up.
