Brian Norman, Jr. vs Jin Sasaki
A left hand launched by Brian Norman, Jr. 38 seconds into the fifth round proved to be the undoing of Jin Sasaki.
Sasaki brought a 19-1-1 record into this fight, with 17 of the wins coming by KO. Norman’s record going into the fight was 27 – 0, with 22 of the wins coming by KO. Norman was defending his WBO welterweight title.
The International Brotherhood’s TSS is awarding the knock out of the year honor to welterweight Brian Norman, Jr.
