Watch Vasquez-Benavides on Boxing Channel TONIGHT

The WBA Super Featherweight title eliminator match between top contenders Bryan Vasquez and Santos Benavides will stream live on The Boxing Channel TODAY! (Thursday, November 3rd). The action can be seen on Boxing Channel beginning at 9 P.M. EST. 6PM PST

The 24 year old Vasquez, rated number three by the WBA, is 27-0 with 14 knockouts. This native of Costa Rica won the WBA Fedelatin title in his last fight with a unanimous decision win over Mexican Alan Herrera. He is considered by in boxing as a potential star in the sport.

Benavides, a 29 year old from Nicaragua, is 23-2-2 as a professional, and enters this match with a six fight win streak.

The winner of this fight is assured of a chance to fight for the WBA title, now held by Takashi Uchiyama.
