Boxing News: Heavyweight David Tua Returns to Ring
Good news for heavyweight boxing as David Tua is preparing to return to the ring, it now nearly 2 years since his last fight. Tentative plans to face Talmage Griffis on March 31 in New Zealand are in place.
Tua last fought in March, 2003 when he faced Hasim Rahman.
“It has been too long, two years I have been away from the sport of boxing,” said Tua. “I need to get into gear and get my life back because boxing is my life.”
