The Skinny: Was inactive for more than two years after losing to Vernon Forrest in a fight for the vacant IBF welterweight title. Has returned as a junior middleweight and won three straight. In his last bout, he scored a 12-round decision over Mohammed Said (14-2) to win the IBF Latino junior middleweight belt.
Of interest: Is good friends with cruiserweight champ Wayne Braithwaite. They both grew up in Guyana and Braithwaite has said Frank is one of the fighters he used to look up to when he was young.
