Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson’s estate in Northeast Ohio is for sale on eBay. Built in 1980, it includes a 25,000 square foot manor house nestling on 65 green acres and is located at 3747 State Route 534 in Southington, about 40 miles southeast of Cleveland in Trumbull County, not far from the Ohio home of Don King.
The onetime baddest man on the planet’s former crib has several bedrooms, five bathrooms, ten garages, a 10,000 square foot indoor swimming pool, and, for those who prefer stripes to solids, all the zebra-skinned carpeting you can shake a stick at.
This one-of-a-kind piece of boxing history a memento mori from when the ex-champ was riding high can be yours for only $3.5 million. Tyson was asking $2.2 million for the same property in 1998. In 2003 he was asking $3 million. Even with a fickle real estate market, even with inflation, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
