Floyd Retires, AP Reports!
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has announced his retirement again, the AP reports. The P4P king says he does not have the passion to fight.
Mayweather, the WBC welterweight champ, is 39-0 (25 KOs) was supposed to meet Oscar De La Hoya in a rematch in September.
“This decision was not an easy one for me to make, as boxing is all I have done since I was a child,” said Mayweather, in an AP report. “However, these past few years have been extremely difficult for me to find the desire and joy to continue in the sport.”
