UFC Teams Up With New Jobfinder Site
Jobbi.com Teams up with UFC®
The Ultimate Job Finding Website puts People Back to Work
Las Vegas, NV— With millions of Americans searching for a job, the Ultimate Fighting Championship®, the world’s fastest growing sports organization, has teamed up with jobbi.com, a newfree online job website, to promote jobbi to the UFC’s huge audience through the UFC website UFC.com and UFC Pay-Per-View events.
“We work with companies that are competitive and progressive, and jobbi.com is at the top of its game as a job search website,’ said Dana White, UFC President.
Jobbi.com was launched in 2008 by co-founders, Lawrence Vaughan, 24, and Jordan Kelley, 22, who saw an opportunity in the job search industry, an industry that has relied on the same traditional methods for years, leaving both employers and job hunters frustrated with the process. Their vision was to create an innovative company that would provide employers and individuals an easy, free, and technologically superior approach to finding or posting a job.
“We did extensive research on the market and what companies and job searchers are looking for and we’ve developed a comprehensive tool that we are constantly updating to meet the needs of all customers. It is so exciting and rewarding to see how many people benefit from jobbi.com, especially when we know how tough the job market has been,” said Jordan Kelley, Co-Founder of jobbi.com.
The site not only offers resume and job posting opportunities, but also helps job hunters build and customize their resume to highlight certain skill sets. On the employer side, jobbi allows for simple integration into current HR systems as well as setting up customizable pre-requisite applicant screening to identify candidates that meet the employers’ needs. They have also integrated technology that allows for video resumes, personality testing and easy candidate screening.
“We are really excited about working with the UFC and honored to have jobbi.com exposed to their vast audience through the powerful brand they’ve built. We have more amazing new tools we’re working on that we are getting ready to launch on jobbi.com, and the timing couldn’t be better to boost getting people back to work with an incredible organization like the UFC, one that brings such great awareness,” said Lawrence Vaughan, Co-Founder of jobbi.com.
Some employers that have recently utilized jobbi.com include Microsoft, Best Buy, ATT, Hewlett-Packard, the CIA, Sony, IBM, Merceddes-Benz, Pizza Hut, and Toys-R-Us.
