The coming fight between Julio Junior and Andy Lee is today the greatest opportunity for Julio César Chávez to ratify to the world not only that he is the undisputed king of the middleweights, but also that the next step is to meet the Diamond champion Sergio Martínez and show the world who is who.The Irish Andy Lee is a very strong K.O. performer with only one defeat, while the undefeated J.C. Chávez, is already in perfect weight and excellent conditioning, as strong as a bull. I will be present at that interesting and exciting match. It is expected to be a tough match.
If J.C. beats Lee, the fight against Martínez, which is burning at the highest temperatures by their verbal war, will be held on September 15th in Las Vegas, as Bob Arum announced. I assume that he has reached an agreement with Lou Dibella, as otherwise, the free negotiations period will start on June 18th and close for a purse offer on July 20th, as stated by the rules.
