Ukrainian Levgen Khytrov Debuts Dec. 18 in NYC
NEW YORK (DECEMBER 2, 2013)–This past Friday, 2012 Ukrainian Olympian Levgen Khytrov arrived in New York to finish up his final preparations for his pro debut, which will take place on Wednesday night, December 18th at the famed Webster Hall in New York City.
Khytrov was greeted by his promoter Dmitry Salita of Star of David Promotions as well as his co-managers Rory Donodio and Michael Elovitz.
The former amateur star will be training at both Gleason’s Gym and the Fight Factory in Brooklyn under the guidance of Buddy McGirt.
Seven undefeated fighters are scheduled to compete on the undercard, including heavyweight Jarrell Miller (6-0-1, 6 KO’s); lightweight Dimash Niyazov (4-0-1, 3 KO’s); middleweight Peter Reyes (3-0, 2 KO’s); middleweight Shawn Cameron (6-0, 4 KO’s); lightweight Michael Chudecki (7-0-1, 3 KO’s); lightweight Wesley Ferrer (1-0, 1 KO) and junior welterweight Marcos Suarez (1-0-1).
Webster Hall, a premier NYC night club, concert venue and New York City landmark is located at 125 East 11th street.
