Salita To Run Boxing Show at NY's Webster Hall
NEW YORK (NOVEMBER 15, 2013)–On Wednesday night December 18th, Dmitry Salita's Star of David Promotions will present a special night of boxing that that will feature International and local prospects. In the featured bout, 2011 AIBA, amateur boxing world champion, European champion and Ukrainian 2012 Olympian Levgen Khytrov will make his pro debut in a Super middleweight bout scheduled for six rounds. “I am very excited to make my debut in the boxing capital of the world, New York City. This has been my dream since I started boxing. I am going to put on a tremendous performance and dominate the middleweight & super middleweight divisions for a long time to come!” said Khytrov.
Khytrov is scheduled to arrive in the US several weeks before the fight and will be trained by the Buddy McGirt.
Heavyweight Jarrell Miller 6-0-1 with 6kos who is coming off an impressive 2nd round KO over veteran Willie Chishom will see action in a six round bout. “New York City is my home, I am the best American heavyweight,” said an excited Jarrell. “I am going to put the excitement back into the heavyweight division. Come and see for your own on December 18th!” Power punching middleweight prospect Peter Reyes (3-0, 2 KO's) of New York returns after his spectacular KO win on August 22nd in a bout scheduled for six rounds against an opponent to be named. Also scheduled to see action is undefeated prospect Shawn Cameron (6-0, 4 KO's) of Brooklyn in a bout scheduled for six rounds against an opponent to be named. Cameron is coming off a 1st round stoppage on June 29th. Jr. Welterweight Dimash Niyazov (4-0, 3 KO's) of Staten Island via Kazakhstan will fight a six round bout. In four round bouts: Glenford Nickey (2-1, 1 KO) will fight in a Jr. Lightweight bout. Jr. Welterweight Marcos Suarez (1-0-1) of Bronx, NY will take on debuting Richard Bonds of Newburgh, NY. Jr. Middleweight Rich Neves (6-1-1, 3 KO's) of New York will also be in action. All opponents will be named shortly.
K Kutta is scheduled to make a special music performance and appear at an exclusive holiday fight after party Webster Hall, a premier NYC night club, concert venue and New York City landmark is located at 125 east 11th street.
