Klitschko opened as a -700 favorite with the Boxing odds while Pulev was a +450 dog.

Klitschko is a native of Kazakhstan and now resides in the Ukraine. He is the top ranked heavyweight in the world. Klitschko has a career record of 62 wins, three losses, and no draws. Out of Klitschko’s 62 wins a total of 52 have come by knockout. All three of Klitschko’s defeats have come by knockout. Klitschko is coming off a technical knockout win over Alex Leapai on April 26, 2014. Klitschko scored the TKO in the fifth round of a scheduled 12 round bout that took place at the Koenig Pilsener Arena, Oberhausen, Nordrhein Westfalen, Germany in a unification heavyweight title matchup.
Kubrat “The Cobra” Pulev
Kubrat Pulev is 33 years of age and stands at six feet, four and one half inches tall. He fights from an orthodox stance. Pulev is a native of Sofia, Bulgaria where he still resides. Pulev is the top ranked heavyweight in Bulgaria and is ranked second in the world. Pulev has a career record or 20 wins with no losses and no draws. Out of his 20 career wins a total of 11 have come by knockout. Pulev is coming off a RTD win over Ivica Perkovic on April 5, 2014. The bout took place in Stadthalle Rostock, Mecklenburg, Vorpommern, Germany and was ended in the third round.
